Auburn Youth Gets Sports Training

Mac Cook is a student at Lee Scott Academy in Auburn, AL. He is participating in a sports acceleration program at Health Plus Fitness Center.

Mac and his family have all participated in the Frappier Sports Acceleration Program at Health Plus. The program is lead by Rita Clanton.

The program trains runners to improve their distance, speed, and endurance. Not only is the program for Auburn citizens, but many citizens from surrounding areas are driving to Auburn to participate.
