John Chappel McCollister is currently in his 3rd season of rowing for the Auburn University crew team. He has been involved with crew since transferring to Auburn University in Fall 2006. His boat has the opportunity to compete against other schools and tone their skills throughout the year.
John Chappel says that crew takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and team work, but to him the challenge is well worth it. For this student crew has become a passion, and the team camaraderie will last forever.
