ummer Watts is a junior at Auburn University. She is majoring in secondary math education. She has been
working for Auburn University’s Transforming East Alabama Mathematics program for
the past year. Watts enjoys her job and believes it will help her in the future.

Peter Cromey is a senior at Auburn University majoring in accounting. He is working for an accounting firm in Auburn as part of his final coursework.
He is enjoying this opportunity because he gets to apply what he has learned in the classroom to the real world. His primary job at the firm is preparing tax returns. Peter has already been accepted into Auburn’s graduate program and he hopes to travel after graduation doing consulting work.

nternships provide an opportunity for students to learn valuable skills and help them transition into the work force. Kelly McDevitt is a senior in public relations at Auburn University. She is currently working as the electronic media intern for the Auburn Alumni Center.
