Student gives insight into Camp War Eagle

Camp War Eagle is Auburn University’s summer orientation program for incoming freshman. Both the incoming student and a parent must attend.

The students get oriented with Auburn traditions and interact with student leaders. They also meet faculty, talk with academic advisors and register for fall semester classes.

Emily Dorman was a Camp War Eagle counselor this past summer in 2007. She will also be a camp counselor during the summer of 2008.

Congratulations Emily!

Public Relations student participates in internship

I nternships. For most college students that can be a scary word. It is such an exciting and nerve racking time where the student finally gets so show the world what they have learned in college. It is also at that intermediate period where the student doesn’t quite know where or how to get a job. A good internship will prepare the student with the knowledge and skills for their future job.
